Greek Tzatziki .... The Healthy Version




Greek Tzatziki


1 - 5.3 oz. Container of Non-Fat Greek Plain Yogurt (single serve cup)

1 Garlic Clove

1/2 Fresh Lemon

1 tsp. - Fresh Dill

4 oz. - Cucumber


(this is considered one serving)


Directions:

Add 1 clove of minced garlic into yogurt along with fresh lemon juice.

Grate 1 ounce of cucumber with cheese grater, strain excess water and add to yogurt with minced dill. Refrigerate for 20-30 before serving. Serve with 3 ounces of Chopped Cucumber and Happy Dipping. If you would like to use other raw vegetables as dippers please do so.
