Our "LUCKY" number is 65 - which is the amount of sodium in milligrams we would like our condiments to be or lower! Congratulations to our clients and former clients who have gotten in the habit of looking at labels and honestly just being more AWARE!!!!!
I have some information below that is going to blow your mind.
Here is the Nutrition Value for some of the popular condiments we know and have loved (meaning past tense and these are only okay in moderation). But now that I have let the cat out of the bag you might think twice before consuming these ---- even on your balance of life meals.

This is just a reminder to make sure you are looking at the labels and to be aware how things can add up. The reality is we just don't STOP at ONE sauce often times it is multiple. If you are looking to find where your empty calories are going here you are. We have changed the program to offer more balance of life and make it more of a lifestyle - but next time you have your balance of life meal - be smart about it and maybe don't do the multiple sauces or condiments.
