Sound familiar???? Although we love Mrs. Dash and are thankful for the options they offer, we would like to take the time and focus on the benefit of fresh garlic. The nutritional value of fresh ingredients such as garlic, in this case have great health benefits that will enhance your flavoring in food while being a natural remedy to your body. Did you know the health benefits of fresh garlic include:

With fresh garlic on our mind - we want to share a flavorful yet quick and easy marinade that will not only keep your meat juicy but will tenderize it at the same time.

Garlic Marinade

(great for chicken or steak)

4 chicken breasts or 4 beef filets

4-5 fresh garlic cloves (minced garlic)

Chipotle / Red Chile Powder (season as desired)

⅓ cup white vinegar

¼ fresh red onion thinly sliced (optional)

Rub meat with fresh garlic and add all additional other spices. Refrigerate for 6 hours up to overnight. Flip meat as desired for maximum marination benefits - then grill, bake or put it in your air fryer. DONE!
