Happy Friday King of Kings Superior Nutrition Family! Here is a great "approved" Meatball Recipe that is sure to add some variety to your meal prep!
1 lb 99% Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Minced White Onion Green Bell Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (more as desired)
3-5 Fresh Basil Leaves
Combine all of these ingredients in bowl and mix together. Below you will find the pre-cooking measuring sizes versus the cooked measuring size to have more of an accuracy for your serving sizes.
***Measure out meatball at 1.5 ounces BEFORE cooking to get a 1.0 ounce serving
***Measure out a patty at 3.25 ounces BEFORE cooking to get closer to 2.5 ounce serving
Bake in Air Fryer for 17-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
*You can also add Fresh Green Chile or Red Chile Powder to this recipe instead of the Crushed Red Pepper Flakes for an alternative spicy option. Additionally your Ground Turkey can be swapped out for 96% Ground Beef for another protein alternative.
