I am always experimenting on how to make some AMAZING renditions of salads that we can get at resturants... This has been my recent favorite salad. It is fresh, satisfying, and SUPER tasty!!!!

Ingredients Needed:
Romaine Lettuce
Red Onion
Strawberries
Slivered Almonds
Blue Cheese
Protein of your choice : Chicken, Turkey or Tuna
Ratios for the Perfect Salad:
5 oz - Protein
4 ounces - Veggies (lettuce and onions)
1/3 cup (48 grams) - Strawberries
1/2 oz. (14 grams) - Almonds
1/4 cup (28 grams) - Blue Cheese
Helpful Tip: My Secret to the best dressing for this salad is the Herdez Avocado Hot Sauce (as seen on a previous blog post)
Dressing Hack:
1 Serving size of Herdez Avocado Hot Sauce (5mg)
Natural Rice Vinegar - add to hot sauce above and add amount to your desired volume
