Most of us know to optimize our weight loss - Tilapia is the way to go! But how do you make it good without having the thought of just trying to get it down? Are you trying to liven up your tilapia on your meal plan and just out of ideas??? We have the best recipe for you!!!!!
Green Chile Lime Tilapia
Ingredients
4-6 Tilapia Fillets
2-3 Limes (lemons will work)
2-3 Fresh Garlic Cloves
Mrs. Dash Seasoning (selection of your choice)
Fresh Chopped Green Chile (seasoned to taste)
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Line you baking pan with foil
Spray foil with Pam or any nonstick spray
Mince fresh garlic and place on foil
Get your fish fillets and place over garlic (this will make sure garlic gets baked into the fish)
Season fish with your Choice of Mrs. Dash
Squeeze the juice of your limes on the fish
Top the fillets with Fresh Green Chile
Bake for 10-12 minutes on 400 in the oven
If you would like more char on the fish once it is done baking - Broil on High for 3-5 minutes
Serve with the carbohydrate on your meal plan, these are great with a corn tortillas for fish tacos,
