Got Milk??? Some Alternatives to try!!!

As we know milk is not approved on our meal plans. Mainly because of the high fat content, among other things. We have found some options for you to have available to incorporate in your daily plans. Be sure to talk with your nutritional coach about them so they can be accounted for on your programs.

Look for these numbers on any other potential options to make sure they are "approved"

  • 4 Grams of Fat or Less

  • Less than 45 mg of Sodium

  • 4 Grams of Carbs or Less

  • Make sure it says "Unsweetened"

Some Ideas for Use:

  • Coffee Creamer

  • Oatmeal / Overnight Oats

  • Mashed Potatoes

  • Smoothies
