Coach Stephanie's Overnight Oats Recipe

We have had many people ask about overnight oats! Here is an approved receipe that will still keep you on track while you feel as though you are indulging a bit. Thanks to Coach Stephanie this has been a hit with some of her clients and it is definitely a person favorite of hers.

Our hope is this adds some more variety to your breakfast!


1/2 container or 75g of Plain Non-fat Yogurt

1/4 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Trader Joe's Non-Dairy Oat Milk

1/4 cup Wild Blueberries

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp PB2

Liquid Stevia


In a glass jar, combine all ingredients, expect berries, together and mix well. Refridgerate for 5 hours or overnight. Before eating, stir, add berries to the oats, and ENJOY!

Additional Options:

Cocoa Powder

Instant Coffee

Vital Proteins Collagen (Chocolate or unflavored) or any approved Protein powder

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Nuts (Almonds, cashews, walnuts)

Berries (Strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries)

Great source of healthy fats, carbs, and protein!
