Missing Chinese Food??? Try this Pepper Steak Stir Fry - with Fried Rice!!!!!!

I am not sure about you... but Chinese Food is my weakness! Who doesn't love the spice it has and of course we cannot forget about the fried rice goodness!!!! I experimented in the kitchen and came up with the amazing meal - it is a winner in my book! Be sure to try it and let me know if this satisfies your cravings!!!! Also this is a very versatile recipe that you can interchange the meats and some of the vegetables!


Pepper Steak Stir Fry


1 lb lean steak

1 green bell pepper

5-7 mushrooms

1/4 white onion

2 garlic cloves (minced)


1 jalapeno for spice


Cook your your vegetables in a frying pan coated with spray oil. Make sure to cook your lean steak or any other approved protein of your choice separately from your vegetables stir fry so you can measure your serving sizes appropriately prior to eating.

Fried Rice

1/2 cup rice (or allotted amount based on your meal plan)

2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion

2 eggs

1 garlic clove minced

1 serving of B Bob's Sweet & Spicy Ginger Noodle Sauce

(this can be found online or purchased locally at Albertson's when stock is available)


Brown your garlic and chopped white onion in a frying pan coated with spray oil. Add your serving of rice and add your eggs and scramble. Lastly add your serving of B Bobs sauce and serve.

Additional Option:

If you do not have eggs on your meal plan and you have nuts - you can incorporate almonds or cashews in your stir fry for another flavor option.
