Since today is National Oatmeal Day I decided to give you a build your own oatmeal 101 course. This is designed to allow you to see all of the possibilities that are options (granted meal plan permitting) to enhance your breakfast and to see the alternative selections you might not have thought about before. When taking these items into consideration make sure they are approved by your nutritional coach and they are reflected in your weekly meal plan. If you do not have oatmeal or if you do but for example a "fat" is NOT an option in your plan collaborate with your nutritional coach. Your coach might be able to make changes deemed necessary in your meal plan so you can partake in this "yummy gummy" (as Coach Isaac would say) BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS!!!!
