Smoothies... Smoothies... Smoothies!!!

You know our program is about REAL FOOD! We don't want meal replacement shakes, however we have recently had some interest in a smoothie option. We are not against smoothies they can actually be a GREAT source of nutrients! Coach Stephanie is a a big fan of smoothies and she was happy to share her AWESOME recipe that is her go to when has the craving or urge for one! We are certain this will become a favorite of yours as well!!!


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of wild blueberries

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries

  • 1 scoop of Truvani Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 1 Scoop of Vital Collagen

  • 1 Tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 16 grams of Almond Butter or Peanut Butter

  • 5 oz of Approved Coconut or Oat Milk


Helpful Ideas:

  • Replace the Truvani Chocolate Protein with 2 scoops of Chocolate Vital Collagen

  • Add an Approved Greek Non-Fat Yogurt for added thickness and additional protein source

  • Replace your peanut butter and/or almond butter with PB2 or PBFit to cut some fat
