TUNA MELT WITH A NEW TUNA

Happy Friday!!!! This new tuna product was introduced to us by a client and it TOO good not to share it with the entire King of Kings Family! In addition to sharing this new product we decided to incorporate it in this great lunch option that is sure to make you happy! You are able to find this product locally at your neighborhood Sprouts or you can purchase it online as well!

TUNA MELT

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna in water (make sure it is the lowest sodium content you can find)

2 tablespoons of chopped white onion

2 carb chopper tortillas

58 grams of shredded cheddar cheese

Mix your tuna with white onion. Toast your carb chopper tortillas with cooking oil spray or "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" add your cheese and tuna to the tortilla and make a melt / quesadilla and serve!

This is another great alternative lunch option and now with the weather starting to change this fall option is sure to become a favorite.

Optional item: If avocado can be incorporated in your meal plan it is a great additional to this amazing melt and it can be used in your tuna to make it creamy.
